Wrapped Up In Books

I am back in Copenhagen. We moved here a couple of weeks ago.
For the first time in many years I have all my books together in one place,
I'm taking advantage of that to take stock of all the books
to see how many are left of each title,
for most of them it's just my own archive that is left.
Enjoying seeing all of them together it makes me want to make new ones.

My Red Right Hand

This week was the Film Festival here in Berlin
I went to Butter on the Latch and the party for 20,000 Days on Earth.

Above is a shot of the amazing huge red velvet curtain covering the screen
in Zoo Palast, at the premiere of Butter on the Latch.
Directed by Josephine Decker.

['kliɳ 'klaɳ] and other Sounds

['kliɳ 'klaɳ]

Between 1999 and 2001 I recorded a bunch of short electronic music.
I talk a bit about that in this post and there a some tracks imbedded in the post,
It seems to take a little longer to load than usually

A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man

I started this blog a year and eight months ago.
My aim was to upload something each week,
not that I always have.
but still this is post No 100.
Unlike my webpage that is still under deconstruction,
I wanted it to be less formal
and be able to include things that does not fit my website format,
but still would work when someone would be looking for something specific.

The image is a bit of a time travel back to either 1992 or 1993.
I'm sitting in my uncles garden, dressed as always all in black trying to stay pale.
Drawing in one of my drawing books,
with my favorite pen, the wonderful Rotring Rapidograph size 0.25 mm
that I still use.
At the time I would go almost no where without my walkman,
listening a lot to tapes among them:
The Cure: Kiss Me Kiss Me Kiss Me, Disintegration
David Bowie: "Heroes", Sort Sol: Flow My Firetear,
The Jesus and Mary Chain: Automatic, Primal Scream: Screamadelica,
Lars H.U.G.: City Slang, Blidt Over Dig
